Ankle Measurement

Measure the narrowest part of the ankle circumference that is above the ankle bone.

Calf Measurement

Take the calf circumference at the fullest part of the calf

Thigh Length

Determine the thigh length by measuring from the bottom of the heal, without shoes on, to the gluteal fold.

Thigh Circumference

Measure the thigh circumference at the groin.

Calf Length

Detrmine the calf length by measuring from the bottom of the heal, without shoes, to the bend of the knee. This measurement is taken on the outside of the calf.
